Terms of Service

These terms cover your Easy Legal Spain account — one login for the Easy* services built by our firm. They are deliberately short and in plain English. If anything is unclear, email legal@expatabogados.com and a person will answer.

1. Who we are

Easy Legal Spain is operated by:

2. What your account is

Your account is a single login that works across every Easy* service we run — Easy210Spain today, with more services being added. Creating an account is free and does not commit you to buying anything. It simply lets you start an order, come back to it later, and see your matters in one place.

3. Each service has its own terms

Each service — for example Easy210Spain, which prepares and files the annual Spanish tax form for non-resident property owners — has its own terms on its own website. You will always see those terms before you order, and they govern that service. These account terms only govern the account itself. If the two ever differ on a point about a service, the service's own terms apply to that service.

4. Prices

The account is free. Services are paid for individually, and the full price of a service is always shown to you before you pay. We never charge you anything just for having an account.

5. Changing your mind: your 14-day right

When you order a service from us online, Spanish consumer law gives you 14 days to cancel without giving any reason.

To cancel, email legal@expatabogados.com from the address on your account and tell us you want to withdraw from your order. An ordinary email is enough. If you cancel in time, we refund what you paid for that order.

One important exception. Many clients want us to start work immediately rather than wait 14 days. If you expressly ask us to start straight away and the service is fully completed within those 14 days — for example, your tax form has already been filed with the Spanish tax office — the right to cancel ends, because the work is already done. We will always ask you to confirm this choice expressly; it never happens without your say-so.

6. Looking after your account

• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date — the work we do (tax, property, inheritance) depends on them.
• Keep your password private. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us and change your password.
• To close your account, email legal@expatabogados.com. Work already delivered stays subject to the rules on how long a law firm must keep its records — see our Privacy Policy.

7. If something goes wrong

We look after the platform carefully, but no website can honestly promise to be available every minute of every year. If the account area is ever down, your matters do not stop — you can always reach us by email.

If you are unhappy with anything, write to legal@expatabogados.com and we will try to put it right. Because Juan is a practising lawyer, our legal work is also subject to the professional rules of the Alicante Bar Association (ICALI); you can raise a complaint with them at www.icali.es.

8. Which law applies

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep any protections that your own country's law gives you and that cannot be signed away.

9. Changes to these terms

When we update these terms we will publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top. The version that applies to you is the one published here at the time you use the account.
